The Alley (1992)

A Palestinian monodrama played by Samia Bakri, in which she remembers how she used to catch sea fish using a tin can, and Farid al-Atrash and Muhammad Abdel Wahab’s visit to “Al-Azaz” coffee shop in Acre..and when Salah El-Din Street is decorated with palm leaves, roses and colored ribbons on the Prophet’s Mawlid. It shows how the stones of the Basha’s bath were turned into an Israeli museum in which lies are told and the facts are falsified. She talks about how Acre’s identity as an Arab city is being erased and the city’s history being is falsified and rewritten.
